At Alexander Studios, every piece is handmade to last and it's covered for as long as you own it.

What's covered
If your piece gets damaged over time, we'll repair it at no cost to you, for as long as it can be repaired. We will not replace your piece.

What a repair looks like
Because every piece is handmade, a repair isn't a factory-style swap of parts. Depending on what's needed, your piece may look a little different afterward — new stitching, a reworked detail, a patch. We see that as part of the piece's story: each repair makes it a little more one-of-a-kind, and a little more yours.

What's not covered
If the damage is so extensive that most of the original piece can no longer be preserved, it falls outside the guarantee — at that point we'd be building a new piece, not repairing the original one. In that case, we're not able to offer a repair, replacement, or refund under this guarantee.

Who it applies to
This guarantee travels with the piece if you gift it or leave it as an inheritance. It only stops applying if the piece is resold or traded. To make a claim under this guarantee, you'll need your original receipt or invoice.

Which products are covered
This guarantee covers all Alexander Studios products sold since 2024.

Shipping costs
We cover shipping both ways — sending your piece to us for repair, and shipping it back to you.

How to start a repair
Email us at pape@alexander-studios.de with your order number and a few photos of the damage, and we'll take it from there.
